Our return window is 14 days from the date of delivery, as indicated by the tracking record. This period is designed to ensure you have sufficient time to experience your purchase and confirm that it meets your expectations.

As a seasonal lifestyle brand, Fair Liar’s collections evolve quickly — so we encourage you to initiate your return as soon as possible if you are not fully satisfied. All items must be unworn, with original tags and all accessories intact.

Please note that any item not meeting these conditions will be rejected and returned, as we uphold our return policy with the utmost integrity to protect the quality and image of the Fair Liar brand.

To maintain the integrity of our collection, all returned items must be in original, unworn condition, with tags attached and packaging intact, including all accessories and inserts that accompanied the product.

Shoes must be returned without creasing or outsole wear — ensuring they reflect the pristine craftsmanship with which they were delivered.

For hygiene and safety, socks, hats, and face masks are considered final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange.

While Fair Liar does not offer direct exchanges, we encourage you to return your item and place a new order for your preferred product.
If you provide us with your new order number, we will gladly waive the 5% restocking fee, and the outbound shipping deduction will also be waived.

• Refunds are issued to your original form of payment or as store credit.
